Meet Elinor
Elinor Ittah is a multidisciplinary Talent and People leader, recognized as a collaborative partner and agile strategist. She partners with organizations to identify the leaders, talent and capabilities needed to achieve their business objectives. She brings a distinctive perspective to leadership and talent acquisition, combining the operating discipline of a former senior corporate HR executive, hands-on business experience, and the strategic partnership of a boutique search founder.
Earlier in her career, Elinor gained hands-on experience across product management, supply chain, and operations within the fashion industry. This business foundation shaped her approach to talent and was followed by her corporate talent leadership at Limited Brands, where she was part of the Leadership Talent Team driving executive search, diversity initiatives, and internal mobility. She later served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR at Calvin Klein, leading end-to-end talent acquisition, brand talent initiatives, and supporting the organization’s evolving business needs.
Through Elinori LLC, Elinor serves as a strategic partner and advisor to leadership teams. She works closely with decision-makers to understand business needs, define leadership and talent requirements, structure critical roles, and identify high-impact talent that exceeds expectations and leads with the future in mind. Her track record spans partnerships with category-defining brands and global enterprises, including PVH, Gant North America, Bath & Body Works, LVMH Watch & Jewelry, Calvin Klein, Chico’s, and Express.
Whether partnering with founder-led businesses structuring their leadership teams or global enterprises realigning key functions, Elinor looks beyond experience and credentials—assessing drive and resilience, character, exceptional execution and ownership, and humility.
